Buyer - Techno Commercial

Responsibilities

Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.

Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Logistics, Project Management, Quality, Business Development, Human Resources, Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements

Review of internal documents and preparation of Bid Documents, RFP, RFQ, Enquiries, Note for Approvals (NFA), Purchase/ Service Orders.

Ensuring timely issuance of Orders & Amendments.

Project MIS and SOPs.

Following-Up bank guarantees and advance payments.

Monitoring off - shore supplies, customs and logistics.

Assisting Category Lead in Regulatory matters

Strategic inputs for discussion & negotiation on IT, Electrical & Security SITC package.

Qualifications

B.E. /B. Tech – Mechanical / Electrical. 6-8 years functional role, having experience of working on procurement of equipment, services related to IT/Electrical/HVAC, corporate and admin services, AMC/ARC contracts, manpower/facility management contracts, spare and consumable buying experience. Experience of working in SAP MM Module/ERP system, Lumsum Turnkey Contracts (LSTK)
