Role Description
As part of the Pre-Sales team, you will be doing webinars or consultative 1-1 demos for our potential learners. Your responsibility includes understanding their professional needs and see how Crio can help them.
Requirements
Excellent oral communication & presentation skills
Excellent conversational & convincing skills
Should be comfortable doing live webinars over Zoom
Good sales intuition
Should have inclination to pick up some basic tech skills
BE/MCA preferred; Other degrees also welcome if your communication/presentation skills are excellent and if you are willing to pick up some basic tech
[Preferred] 1+ year experience in B2B or B2C pre-sales
[Preferred] Some tech exposure through degree or previous job
Ability to work in a 6 day work schedule up to 11 PM including Sat/Sun. Shift timing/days will be decided by the team.
Responsibilities
Understand Crios product deeply and counsel our potential users on how it can help achieve their career goals
Do 1-1 live session over zoom calls
Do 1-many webinar sessions over zoom calls
Follow team processes in CRM tool as appropriate
Interview Process
These are the standard rounds you may expect. More rounds may be added in some cases.
Round #1: Communication & Conversational Skills
In this round, the interviewer may ask you to pitch different products to a specified audience
Also ensure you go through the Crio program before the interview as you may be asked to pitch Crio as well
Parameters well assess you on:
How confident are you
Are you able to communicate the value of the product clearly to the users
How do you handle push backs
Are you able to have a meaningful conversation with the user
Round #2: Webinar Skills
To understand your presentation skills and ability to handle a large audience, we like you to do a presentation.
Topic can be
Any favorite topic of yours
(or) Something you like from
(or) this slide deck with whatever content changes you want to make
Whatever topic you pick, you should cover it in a max of 15-20 min
Dont spend too much time on creating slides, as we are primarily testing your delivery skills and not creation skills.
Full time
