Role Description

This is a full-time for a Service Engineer with Diploma Electrical or Mechatronics background. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, technical support, maintenance & repair, and communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

4-5 years relevant experience.

Troubleshooting, Field Service, and Technical Support skills

Maintenance & Repair skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience in the machine tool industry is a plus

Diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or related field

Ability to work independently as well as in a team
