Job Overview

Touchstone Educationals LLP is looking for an English Language Trainer to join our team. As an English Language Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language training to students. This is a full-time position based in Barnala, Punjab, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field

TESOL/TEFL certification is highly preferred

Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

Strong knowledge of English grammar and vocabulary

Passionate about teaching and helping students succeed

Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences

Patient, friendly, and approachable demeanor

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

Deliver English language training to students in a classroom setting

Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to students' language learning needs

Assess students' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback

Monitor and track students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

Motivate and inspire students to develop their English language skills

Collaborate with other trainers to share best practices and resources

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in English language teaching
