Amazon Freight (Amazon's external facing Freight service) is hiring a Process Lead to define, create and support processes for Billing & Payments in Europe and achieve a truly exception shipper experience. Join us in building the next big thing for Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities, Include But Not Limited To
Responsible on new and existing process SOP creation and implementation
Identify operational barriers and dive deep on root causes, provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency
Identify areas of possible process improvements and automation opportunities
Document processes, regularly update existing SOP, review/suggest SOP changes required if any·
Support program and product teams on centralized and standardized operational tasks which can be automated in future

We are Amazon's middle-mile logistics technology solution for anyone looking to ship road freight in UK and Europe. We enable customers to ship your palletised shipment (Less-than-Truckload, LTL) or Full-Truckloads (FTL) directly to Amazon UK and EU Fulfilment Centres (FCs) or FTL to non-Amazon facilities at competitive prices.

Basic Qualifications
experience in operations or project/program management, and working with technology and systems
Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction
Proven analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
Expertise in creating processes from scratch and supporting associates on implementation
Exceptional customer obsession with a passion for working backwards from the needs of field
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Billing & Payment processes like self bill reconciliation/accessorial application etc
Experience in banking processes
Experience with Finops related processes
SQL/Python
