Tasks & Activities :
Maintain conversion ratio.
Pitch the customers as per the SOP.
Keeping follow-up with customers.
Sending WhatsApp Email.
Giving timely feedback to team leader and marketing team.
Quality of Calls
Every inbound call should be minimum of 5mins and Out bound calls should be of 3mins.
Keep clam and positive attitude towards every calls.
Hourly basis talk time should be maintained as per standards
Should take care of first call resolution.
Opening and closing of the call should be followed as per SOP.
Speak about the customer&rsquo s interest. About Name of the customer alternative nos Mail id Location Product Project Budget Site visit.
Ask questions to them (Knowing the customer). Identifying the customer
Updating the CRM fields.
Answer call question of the customer clearing doubts and not giving any false commitments.
Identifying dissatisfaction of the customer.
Anticipate customer&rsquo s needs.
Be price and don&rsquo t be over whelmed.
Agent should not disconnect call before the customer.
idle time should be less.
Follow Inbound and Outbound call as per SOP
Measurement Metrics:
Hourly basis min 25calls.
Total talk time of should be 4 hours.
Outbound calls should be of minimum 3mims.
Inbound calls should be of minimum 5mins.
