The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be core CRE person with Architecture as specialization, (with or without business development expertise) in interior fit-out for commercial corporate offices, modular furniture or carpets etc. She should be from Architectural, IPC, (should not be from leasing or brokerage) or projects, with design and build background with strong communication skills, expertise, and local CRE market understanding. An architect by qualification is must for this. The candidate must be a resident locally and local market knowledge, language and tact would help in making this position a success. Strong market relations with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and various MEP consultants will add into the success of the profile. The candidate shall be willing to move into business profile.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
The key roles and responsibilities expected of the candidate are as follows:
Meet clients and capture requirements, present our portfolio
Create market intelligence by collaborating with clients, brokers, consultants etc.
Work on the leads provided by management for designing, requirement, site visit, space planning, putting together the presentation, working with design team etc.
Participate in key meetings during pitching stage
Ensure proper records and reporting to the management including MIS trackers and other information
Convert the prospect clients into wins with the help of management team, design team and other resources
This role requires strict confidentiality
Reach out to clients, organize meetings for bids and pitches and keep a track of pitch progress
Location of duties
The location for candidates is Bengaluru, Hyderabad & Mumbai, one for each position. Local market know how and communication skills are highly desirable from the prospect.
Management & team structure
The team structure at corporate and local level are as follows:
At corporate level the direct reporting will be to GM
This is an IC role
There can be a matrix or direct reporting to a regional director, depending upon what leads to efficient working
Key policies of company
We work six days a week, with 6th day on need to work basis only
Our general timings are 9:30 to 18:00
We do not provide separate travel allowance unless its an outstation site
We strongly believe in high incentives structure and thus we have a team of high performing individuals
Food and accommodation is not provided
Move in allowance is not provided
We equip our people with all tools and tech including laptops, macs, ipads, etc as required by a particular role to perform
National holidays are off
Trainings, developments activities, opportunities to the deserving are provided
Definitive KPI's KRA's and success support is provided to all
Our appraisal cycle is same a FY cycle
Business Development role, including other roles that we have all have a strong incentive based salary structure to be discussed with the right prospect
Who Shouldn't Apply
This is subject matter expertise role. We strongly urge that only CRE or closely relevant candidates shall apply. Brokerage and occupier services candidates shouldn't apply.
