Job Description

Areas of expertise include aerospace primary and secondary structure design, payloads design and system support design

Must have good knowledge in Catia V5 (Workbench – Part Design, Assembly Design, Sheetmetal, Generative Shape Design (GSD)) with experience on 3D Modelling.

Must have good knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T) and understanding of Engineering drawings in both 2D/Model Based Definition (MBD)

Must be able to coordinate and communicate with the team members

Aerospace experience in Manufacturing engineering with creation of 'Manufacturing Work Instructions', with thorough understanding of Aircraft components and assemblies especially Aircraft fuselage and Floor Grid assemblies.

Experience with MBOM creation, Routing update.

Experience in Drawing interrogation and producibility checks

Experience with DWS (Detail Work Statement) creation, business case preparation.

Communication with all teams (engineering, tooling, production, quality) to assure the product is completed correctly and on schedule to the customer

Experience in understanding/creation of Build Sequence and Hole Plan.
