ETL – Team Lead

As Team Lead, apart from being an Individual Contributor, you are also responsible overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of ETL processes, including troubleshooting of any potential issues. Plan and design to facilitate execution of new Projects. Making continuous improvement within all areas of technical operations and guiding the teams that are developing materials.

Roles and responsibilities:

Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems, and processes

Extensively involved in Strategy Planning, Team Engagement, Performance Evaluation, Goal Setting, Work Assignment, Individual Development Planning & Risk Assessment planning and evaluation.

Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge and act as Technical Architect for New Projects, Requirements & Enhancements including Propose, Plan & Implementation of POCs.

Gathering Requirements & Planning of Resources, Sprint Planning, Deployment Planning, Effort estimations, Creation of US/Bugs and Story Points assignment.

Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant specifications and standards

Lead a team of staff developing products, and address training needs when necessary

Coordinate the regular testing of products to address faults, and provide evaluations to improve them

Act as a SME of ETL Team and a key contact for any other Teams who have technical issues

Skill Set

Have 8+ year of Technology Development Experience.

Have at least 1+ years' experience in Handling a Team.

Candidate should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree in computer applications (MCA).

Should have Sound knowledge & Minimum 8+ years' Experience in Informatica, Any other ETL/ELT Tools
