JD For Trims:

Experienced in Design & Development of Instrument Panel, Console, Interior and/or exterior trims.

Experienced in design and development of door trims and assembly.

Experience in HVAC from the concept to mass production Design.

Design Considering the Package, master sections, styling, vehicle regulation & performance.

Experience in IP Feasibility check, and Master sections Creation

Good knowledge in Interior fittings, Occupant safety regulation

3D,2D and 3DA experience in Catia V5 & Catia V6 with good Surface modelling skills.

Need to understand the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & DFA

Intermediate checking with cross functional team and check Module level

Communication with onsite and understand the design modification.

Guide team on continuous quality improvement

Highly preferred Tool or mould Design Knowledge and/or experience.

Capable of offering various concept designs and solutions to the design problems by considering DFM/DFA principles.

Responsible for end-to-end development of products with complete product ownership

Capable to run thorough investigations to identify root cause analysis for failures and deliver a robust solution as a countermeasure to address customer issues.

Create Engineering drawings, technical requirements, product structure and release them to production. Basic knowledge in GD&T and should be able to apply them in drawings.

Follow up on quality issues and update the status to leads. Also participate in design reviews to work on root cause analysis, risk analysis and FMEAs.

Good knowledge and understanding in manufacturing processes of Plastics.

Multi-tasking capabilities are essential to manage priorities.
