Instrumentation & Control Engineer

Control and Instrumentation engineer having 2-7 years of experience in the field of Instrumentation and control with complete engineering background.

Programmable Controllers, PLC/ HMI Programming

SCADA development, SQL Server programming

Troubleshooting of RTUs, FRTUs, FPIs & PLC programs

Sound knowledge of 3 or more PLC languages - Ladder Diagram, Sequential Function Charts, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text, Instruction List

Create / edit Electrical and / or Hardware drawings

Experience in PLC software on Allen Bradley / Siemens / Omron / ABB / Mitsubishi / Schneider

Integration experience of different PLCs and SCADA software

Experience with PTC Kepware will be a plus

Trouble shooting Knowledge in VFD (ABB, AB, Siemens and other drives)

Design, prepare BoM, Electrical design, carry out Testing and FAT

Familiar with PLC drawings, MCC (control Panels), AutoCAD and E-Plan Electrical Knowledge

Working knowledge on interfaces (Profibus, Modbus, OPC, IEC61850, Ethernet, Profinet, etc.)

Experience with AC/DC drives, SCADA systems
