Qualifications And Skills

Graduation and master's (preferred).

Proven experience in marketing management, preferably area Required Marketing/Sales Manager with FMCG and over-the-counter (OTC) branding experience.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques.

Proficiency in marketing automation software and CRM systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Experience with data analysis and report generation.

Creative thinking and a strong passion for marketing.

Roles And Responsibilities

Conduct market research (examine competitors, the effectiveness of sales methods, and so on).

Assigned to handle all areas of the business on a territory-wide basis.

Actively approach selected business clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, social media, events, etc).

Look for new clients or end-user leads.

Maintain relationships with current customers/clients.

All contracts with prospective clients are negotiated.

Weekly and monthly reports must be prepared.

Making sales presentations to a variety of potential clients.

Coordination of sales and marketing programs.

Understanding and advocating company initiatives.

Obtaining deposits and payments from clients.

Creating and submitting sales contracts.

Client and potential dealer visits to assess needs or market products and services.

Keeping client records.

Answering credit-related inquiries from clients.

Experience In Sales

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

A commitment to excellent customer service.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
