Experience Requirements

6 to 10 years in planning and handling of Major Turnaround or overhauling of variety of equipment in O&G and chemical industries.

SAP Maintenance Modules (PM) with minimum 6 years Hands-on experience. Working Experience on Primavera P6, Excel, Word, and Schedule related tools

Roles & Responsibilities

Determines with leadership key performance metrics in order to monitor schedule performance, Receives work order and checks for administrative completeness, Downloads into Primavera for TA., Sets net capacity for the crafts based on information about the area turnaround schedule and the related available labor

Ties-in and schedule add-ons based on priority set by steering team. Identify resource requirements for the scheduled jobs using the job plans, level resources using histograms and identifies resources leveraging opportunities. Build plant clearing, commission, pre, post and do-work schedules

Integration of hard money / maintenance, capital, and operations activities into one Primavera schedule. Leads scheduling meetings (includes registering action item, forwarding minutes to team) and improvement efforts. Schedule pre / post work resources. Update progress of pre work schedule
