iTech US Inc hiring Senior US IT Recruiter (C2C Recruiter)

Location: 2nd Floor, Fortune 9 Building, Opp Yashoda hospital, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana: 500082.

Shift timings: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST (night shift)

Experience required: 5 to 10 years.

Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate should have experience as Individual contributor with Team Lead.

Technical Recruiter is responsible for driving full cycle recruiting efforts to fulfil our clients' talent needs. Position includes identifying qualified candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, prepping candidates, negotiating pay rates, ongoing consultant care etc.

Technical Recruiter will work on a variety of IT and Professional Business contract positions mostly with some temp to hire.

Responsibilities:

Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition/description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants.

Looks good, just want to make sure we are looking at Recruiters with FULL Life Cycle recruiting experience, not just sourcing.

Identify and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies.

Effectively utilize internet recruiting sites (i.e., LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster etc.) networking groups and/or social media resources and managing referral sources

Effectively screen, test, and qualify applicants using various interviewing techniques and skill assessment testing.

Use of Behavioural Based Interview techniques in screening and qualifying applicants.

Completion of employment applications - validate information provided.

ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance – Job Diva

Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system.

Manage Offer Negotiation process.

Present offers, secure candidates' acceptance and make sure candidates start day one of the assignment.

Participate in onboarding tasks as needed (i.e., offer letter submittals, final paperwork completion)

Required Technical/ Functional Skills/Personality Skills:

Internet experience including job boards, ATS systems, job posting and networking.

Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies to include cold calling and direct sourcing.

Understanding of recruiting metrics.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions, business articles, etc.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
