Java Developer with Selenium

Job Title: Senior Java Selenium Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:

Develop robust and scalable automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver to support our testing efforts.

Design and implement automated test scripts to verify functionality, performance, and reliability of web applications.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

Continuously enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.

Troubleshoot and debug issues, and work closely with developers to resolve defects in a timely manner.

Stay updated on latest automation testing trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into our testing practices as appropriate.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Java development, with strong proficiency in Core Java concepts.

Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation testing frameworks.

Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
