EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

Be a people person, above all.

Know research in and out - conduct & evaluate primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research.

The aptitude to research and understand the demography, market, and the competition.

Find and create the best tools, user research strategies, and methods to implement.

Communication skills - you have to not only ask questions to get the desired answers but also convince stakeholders of your research findings, after all.

Basic Requirements

A sharp mind and an eye for detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and strong organizational and documentation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

The ability to stay calm under pressure and solve complex problems.

Prior experience in research is preferred.
