Purpose:

Responsible for developing institutional sales with Corporates and other Business Institutions across the country.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic business plans for achieve company sales targets and expand market share in the B2B segment.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and acquiring new B2B clients.

3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

5. Analyse sales data market trends, competitor activity and initiate improvement actions

6. Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in Ayurvedic pharmaceuticals to inform sales strategies and decision-making

7. Uphold the company's values and commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction in all interactions and activities

Exploring new territories, developing business and achieving target

Competencies:

1. Education: Masters in Business Management in MarketingÂ

2. Experience: 15 years and above

3. Technical Competencies:

a. Should have knowledge in B2B sales

b. Should have knowledge in Sales strategies

4. Behavioural Competencies:

a. Respect for time lines and schedules

b. Aggressive selling skills

5. Skill set requirements:

a) Effective communication & presentation skills
