Job Description

The Red Pen, a leading education consulting firm based in Mumbai, is seeking a talented and dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, data analytics, and a proven track record of driving successful performance marketing campaigns. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Paid Advertising Campaigns:

Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.

SEO and SEM:

Work on improving the website's search engine visibility through effective SEO strategies.

Manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to enhance online presence.

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies based on insights.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimize landing pages and improve the overall user experience to increase conversion rates.

Budget Management:

Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various digital channels to maximize ROI.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

Stay Updated:

Stay abreast of industry trends, new tools, and emerging digital marketing technologies to continually improve strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience (2 -5 years) in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.

In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEM.

Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
