Job Overview: The HR Generalist is responsible for overseeing various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the timely filling of vacancies.

Conduct orientation programs for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.

Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention.

Performance Management:

Implement and manage the performance appraisal process.

Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.

Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.

Training and Development:

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate relevant workshops.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.

Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with enrollment processes.

HR Policies and Procedures:

Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.

Ensure consistent application of policies and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.

HR Analytics:

Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.

Generate reports on key HR metrics and trends.
