As a key member, you will provide leadership within our client's internal team and act as a subject matter expert in specialized work streams. Your contributions will include creating innovative solutions, offering strategic insights, and driving project excellence.
We are seeking a Sr. Consultant who will lead omnichannel projects for our pharmaceutical clients, focusing on omnichannel targeting, segmentation, strategy design, and customer behavior analysis. You will collaborate with internal experts and stakeholders to deliver exceptional projects.
We'll Trust you to:
Lead the planning and execution of omnichannel strategy, research, and analytics solutions for Beghou's external customers (US/global pharmaceutical clients) and internal stakeholders
Manage projects involving targeting, segmentation, omnichannel design, KPI planning & measurement, roadmap planning, as well as customer behavior studies like patient journeys, behavior, and perception studies, and brand perception studies
Collaborate closely with engagement teams and clients to conduct high-quality analysis, develop logical and insightful results, create innovative recommendations, and deliver well-structured, high-quality outputs
Oversee project management of deliverables and adhere to PM principles such as project planning, milestone checks, project utilizations, and making course corrections in coordination with internal stakeholders and clients
Develop proposals in the omnichannel and customer insights space, including understanding client needs, mapping solutions and approaches, and determining effort and pricing for proposals
Participate in business development, and contribute to internal firm activities
Participate in firm-level initiatives to enhance the India practice, including onboarding and training support, recruiting new team members, managing and mentoring junior team members, and act as a thought partner to colleagues
You'll need to Have :
MBA or Master's degree in areas like pharmacology, computer science, engineering, or core sciences Advanced Degree: Ph.D. (preferred)
Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience preferred
At least 6 years of relevant experience delivering research and analytics projects Strong storyboarding and problem-solving skills
Experience in research skills like qualitative primary market research, social listening, and/or business research
Expertise in digital marketing skills like web and search analytics, and social media analytics Strong expertise in marketing and omnichannel domain in the healthcare industry - ability to understand various data sets, approaches, and application areas for omnichannel teams
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required)Experience in using analytics and visualization tools, preferable (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI)
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems Strong passion for understanding and devising solutions for the current issue areas in the pharma industry
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor the junior team members
Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment and work with US clients in US working hours (3-4 hours of overlap)
