Roles And Responsibilities

Provide guidance and counseling to students who are interested in studying abroad

Assist students in understanding the visa application process, including the required documents and procedures

Help students prepare the necessary paperwork and ensure that all documents are complete and accurate

Communicate with educational institutions and visa authorities to obtain necessary information and updates

Stay up-to-date with the latest visa regulations and requirements for different countries

Conduct information sessions and workshops to educate students about studying abroad and visa processes

Assist students in preparing for English language proficiency tests, such as IELTS

Provide support and guidance to students during the visa application process, including interview preparation

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all student interactions and visa applications

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient visa processing for students
