This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter at Tech Force Systems. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, technical recruiting, and hiring.

Qualifications

Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and IT Recruitment skills

A solid understanding of the US IT job market

Experience in hiring technical positions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

Knowledge of US immigration and visa processes

Hands on experience in C2C and W2 Recuriting.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
