Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facade Designer located in Kochi. The Facade Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with shop drawings, facade design, cladding, and glazing. They will collaborate with the design team to create and present design concepts that are technically feasible and in line with the project's objectives and constraints.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Shop Drawings and Facade Design

At least 2 years experience in knowledge in softwares like Autocad, and Inventor.

Experience in Cladding and Glazing

Knowledge of the latest design and estimating software

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience with parametric and non-parametric family creation and adaptive component creation is a plus
