We are seeking a skilled CNC Turn Mill Operator to join our team at our client place based at Gurgaon. As a CNC Turn Mill Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.

Roles And Responsibilities

Set up CNC machines and inspect workpieces to ensure they meet specifications

Operate CNC machines to perform turning, milling, and drilling operations

Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines

Perform routine maintenance of CNC machines

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines

Collaborate with team members to optimize machine performance and efficiency

Qualifications And Skills

Proven experience as a CNC Turn Mill Operator

Strong knowledge of CNC programming and tooling

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Familiarity with precision measuring instruments

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Adherence to safety protocols

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
