Key Responsibilities:

· Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather their requirements and needs. This involves conducting meetings, workshops, and interviews to collect business needs and translate them into functional specifications.

· Analysis and Documentation: Analyse business processes and systems, document findings, and make recommendations for improvement. Develop detailed business and system requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.

· Solution Design: Work closely with the software development team to ensure that the designed solutions meet business requirements. This may include creating process diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other schematics to illustrate proposed solutions.

· Project Management: Assist in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of project progress. This includes coordinating with various teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

· Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the technical team. Ensure that there is clear communication and understanding of requirements and deliverables.

· Quality Assurance: Participate in the testing phase of the project lifecycle to ensure that the developed software meets the specified requirements. Assist in developing test cases and scenarios.

· Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and applications. Create user manuals and training materials as necessary.

· Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of new systems to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

· Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Experience: Previous experience in business analysis or a related field. Experience in software development projects is highly beneficial.

· Technical Skills: Knowledge of business process modelling, requirements management tools, and methodologies like Agile and Scrum. Familiarity with data analysis and software development lifecycle.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.

· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions to complex problems.

· Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with people from various departments and levels.
