Head - Quality (Textile)

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Companys Quality Assurance Systems and Policies.

Should be able to handle day to day activities at production floors.

To ensure product delivery on time to meet customer satisfaction.

To carry out all kind of controls/inspections like Production, Inline, Mid, Final audits etc.

Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.

Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval.

Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.

Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.

Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.

Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.

Production planning & machine maintenance.

Doing In-line inspection to check the quality of the product.

Follow up Pre- Final inspection.

To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP up to date.

Lead all quality staff and train them as per system requirement.

Ultimately ensure final product quality.

Able to handle Audits Documentations.

Should be good in day to day quality control/assurance or testing process.

Maintain the quality compliance of the customers.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Required 10-15 Years of Experience in Textile/Garments industry.

Should be Graduate / Diploma in stream of Garment/textile or relevant industry.

Good computer and communication skills.

Should be knowledge of textiles products.

Relevant experience in QA/ QC (Quality Assurance/ Quality Control)
