Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our team at Client place based at Okhla, New Delhi. As a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating.

Qualifications And Skills

4 to 6 years of experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator

Proficiency in CNC programming languages and software

Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Roles And Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications

Read and interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders

Select the appropriate cutting tools, machine speeds, and feeds for each job

Perform regular maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance

Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency

Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary adjustments

Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize machining processes

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process
