Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Pharmacist. The Pharmacist will be responsible for managing medication therapy, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role will also require some remote work.

Qualifications

Knowledge of pharmaceuticals, pharmacodynamics, and pharmacokinetics

Strong computer and technology skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Active pharmacy license in the state of Indiana

Experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting is a plus

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program

Completion of a residency program in pharmacy is a plus
