We are looking for a Team Lead - Collection Process for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience into Domestic Process, Banking Domain, Team Handling, Collection Process, Repayments

Exp: - 5+ yrs of exp into overall, 2+ yrs of on paper exp as TL

Process: Domestic Process

Location: Pune, Aundh

Shifts: - Day Shifts

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

· Must understand KRAs, KPIs of outbound calling centre along with tele-collections.

· Well versed with Banking products and collections terminologies.

· Sound Knowledge of Daily Target Settings through Collection Campaigns & Dialer Management & MIS management.

· Handle objections and negotiate payment terms when necessary.

· Reviewing reports such as Productivity Report, Roster, Out of TAT PTP cases, allocation reports etc., to be able to set Dialer Plans for the day and do analysis on the outcomes for the day, week and month to strategize onwards.

· Lead a high performing team through ongoing change management to maximize business performance

· Partner with team members to enable Collections by ensuring appropriate planning of outbound resources facilitating better performance.

· Lead, develop and maintain functional goals/objectives and process knowledge for the team. Provide a clear line of sight for the Agent/Customer experience, while mitigating operational, financial and reputational risk.

· Should be able to handle escalations and summarize root cause analysis

· Forward looking approach to drive process improvements and targets.

Qualifications:

· Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain composure during team leading.

· Previous experience in collections and repayment is preferred.
