Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Hindustan Interiors in Kochi. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will be responsible for promoting and enforcing safety on site and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Construction management, civil engineering, or related degree or equivalent experience

Experience in managing and supervising construction projects

Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word.
