Accountant

We are seeking an experienced accountant with at least 2 years of experience and a strong understanding of financial principles and practices to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work within a mid- to large-scale organization, contributing to the financial integrity and success of the company.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.

Reconcile accounts and ensure the timely resolution of discrepancies.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support for business operations.

Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate financial information clearly.
