Role Overview:

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategic marketing plans for our clients' brands.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, overseeing their digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns to drive business growth and achieve client objectives.

You will be responsible for liaising between clients, campaigners, Content Marketers, and Design team to ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with clients' objectives and industry trends.

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal teams, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams, including digital marketing specialists, designers, and content creators, to develop and execute customized digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs and objectives

Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions to discuss campaign performance, present recommendations, and align on future initiatives

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and other key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization

Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying additional services or solutions that align with client needs and objectives

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy development and identify growth opportunities.

Provide strategic guidance on various marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and more.

Manage budget allocation, ensuring optimal resource utilization for maximum ROI.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and proactively proposing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience 4 – 5 years in a marketing management role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media management platforms).

Exceptional project management skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
