Job Overview

We are seeking a talented HR Specialist to join our team at RDS Digital, a creative digital marketing agency based in Bangalore, India. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. This is a full-time position with a focus on supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment. Junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

1 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans

Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Support the performance management process, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees

Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention

Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
