Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team at RDS Digital. This is a full-time position based in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications And Skills

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Good understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools

Roles And Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets

Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients

Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of projects and campaigns

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential business opportunities

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline

Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and processes
