Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Lead who specializes in GA360/GA4 implementation through Tag Manager. Your expertise in administering OneTrust Cookie Compliance scripts and implementing third-party media tags will be invaluable. Additionally, proven experience in Digital/Media Strategy and reporting, including Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media, is highly desirable.

In this role, you will serve as the lead in technical implementation, data management, and quality assurance link between our client's extensive portfolio of approximately 70 websites and our larger organizational reporting efforts. You will lead a team of other analytics/tag specialists and be instrumental in shaping our company's success by providing innovative data and measurement solutions that uncover actionable insights for our brands.

Your responsibilities will involve helping the team/clients understand our audiences and define KPIs to create impactful experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring those experiences to ensure they're meeting our clients' business goals. On a day-to-day basis you will work alongside the data analytics team to ensure highest quality of work delivered and to identify opportunities at the intersection of people, technology, and business to help us create experiences that help people thrive.

Responsibilities

Lead data analytics work on priority client accounts.

Identify opportunities to incorporate data into the measurement phases of the engagement lifecycle.

Navigate through data and user analytics to understand behavior and develop actionable recommendations.

Generate reports with data and produce insights that are meaningful to clients and internal stakeholders.

Build complex measurement and KPI frameworks, customized for each client and business challenge.

Lead optimization by building learning agendas/testing plans and leading test and learn efforts (A/B testing, multivariate test, etc).

Use data to help define audience segments/personas and user journeys.

Participate in and facilitate workshops with team/clients to address strategic direction and alignment.

Developing measurement roadmaps to ensure strategy connects to action.

Partner with the team/client to deliver on client needs and ad hoc requests.

Skills & Experience

5-6+ years of relevant experience in web analytics, digital marketing, omnichannel marketing data, data analysis, data strategy, consulting, or related fields.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create reports, presentations, and visualizations that effectively communicate data insights and recommendations.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to think beyond standard digital performance metrics (impressions, pageviews, etc)

Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint) with a demonstrated ability to aggregate and present information into an intuitive, easy-to-understand flow that is meaningful to the audience.

Experience working GA4, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, etc (navigation, data analysis, report creation, etc).

In-depth knowledge of omnichannel digital marketing touchpoints, including media, CRM, social, SEM/SEO

Ability to build reports and create visualizations using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, marketing, strategy, or a related major, or demonstrated related work experience.

Nice To Have Experience

Experience in Healthcare marketing on the agency or client side.

Experience partnering with Customer Experience (CX) and User Experience (UX) leads to identify opportunities with data.

Demonstrated interest in customer experience, product management, strategy, and innovation.

Experience with qualitative research methods (usability testing, surveys, generative research, etc.).
