Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Swimming Coach. The Swimming Coach will be responsible for swim instruction, swimming, swim lessons, lifeguarding, and aquatics. They will also be responsible for planning and implementing swimming activities, overseeing student safety, conducting swim lessons, and maintaining a clean and safe facility.

Qualifications

Swimming and Swim Instruction skills

Lifeguarding skills

Aquatics skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well with children and adults

Ability to work well in a team environment

Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus

Previous experience working as a swimming coach or instructor is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field is a plus.
