We are currently looking for a Senior ecommerce manager to lead our business on Amazon and Flipkart.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing a strategic eCommerce marketing plan to drive sales.

Overseeing the day-to-day management of the eCommerce platform, ensuring the site's stability and performance are optimal.

Coordinating with inventory or product teams to ensure listings are accurate, stock levels are maintained, and product details are updated.

Ensuring the listings are user-friendly, intuitive, and converts visitors into customers.

Meeting or exceeding sales goals by optimizing the site, campaigns, and promotions.

Monitoring website analytics, creating reports, and providing actionable insights.

Ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience and handling any complaints or issues related to the online shopping experience.

Staying updated with eCommerce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the online store competitive.

Eligibility

4-5 years relevant experience on Ecommerce platforms.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects.

Ability to negotiate with vendors, partners and stakeholders.
