Job Description

We are on the lookout for a visionary and highly experienced Chief of Staff to take a leading role in steering Ridhira Living towards its ambitious goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, this strategic role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in real estate, development, finance, retail, or project management. With a preference for a who embodies leadership, innovation, and at least 10 years of relevant experience, the Chief of Staff will be crucial in ensuring operational excellence, strategic growth, and market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, driving the organizational vision and initiatives, particularly in strategic planning, project management, and decision-making processes.

Lead and refine the annual sales and marketing strategies, aligning them with Ridhira Living's growth objectives and brand positioning in the luxury and wellness community market.

Oversee the development and presentation of comprehensive financial and operational reports, aiming to enhance investor relations and stakeholder engagement.

Spearhead innovative project and product management initiatives, focusing on sustainability, community building, and the integration of wellness into luxury living.

Conduct thorough market analyses and financial modeling to guide strategic expansions and identify growth opportunities within the real estate and wellness sectors.

Manage and negotiate high-level partnerships and deals, strengthening Ridhira Living's market presence and ensuring the success of its integrated communities.

Promote leadership development, team cohesion, and operational efficiencies, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles within the sectors of real estate, finance, retail, development, or project management.

Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields, with a strong record of strategic and operational achievements.

Professional certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies are highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a robust financial acumen and innovative mindset.

Exceptional leadership skills, with an emphasis on team development, motivation, and fostering diversity and inclusion.

Excellent communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
