The company is located in Rajkot and leads with different material alloys with volume production, reduced lead-times and on-time delivery. We provide technical support to our customers to design parts and our team has extensive experience in the investment casting industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Solar Technocast Pvt. Ltd. located in Rajkot. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, coordinating with different departments, setting production goals, ensuring quality control, and managing the production team.

Qualifications

Experience in managing production in the manufacturing industry of Investment castings

Knowledge of production processes and quality control systems

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to manage and motivate a production team

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience with investment casting is a plus

Additional skills that would be beneficial include project management, English, and Hindi Communications, and experience with ERP and production management software.
