Mechanical Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination:Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for engineering initiatives across the six units. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals. Schedule and oversee project milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines. Resource Management:Allocate resources effectively across projects to ensure efficient execution. Collaborate with procurement to acquire necessary materials and equipment for projects. Risk Management and Compliance:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Communication and Reporting:Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, including key metrics and accomplishments. Continuous Improvement:Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and learning. Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • 4-5 years of successful project coordination/management within pharmaceuticals or API production. • Strong understanding of API production processes, equipment, and compliance standards. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities for effective collaboration. • Proficiency in project management tools/software.
