Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Manager located in Kottayam. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple branches and managing a team of employees. The Area Manager will be responsible for setting goals, developing strategies to expand business, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Experience in the financial services industry, specifically in Gold Loans

Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience in sales and marketing is a plus

Proficiency in local languages is preferred
