Experience range :: 5 - 10 Yrs

Job Location :: Pune and Chennai

Skills required::

Minimum 5 years of strong experience on Fraud Management Systems including but not limited to -

Installation and configurations of all Falcon 6.5 applications in new environments like CAT,PROD & DR (MUX, Scoring, Couchbase, CM, RMA & BO) as per request.

Maintenance and upgrades of Falcon across LATAM.

Debit and Credit Model upgrades.

New Tenants onboarding in UAT,PROD & DR as per request.

Patching validation support of 250+ Latam Falcon servers, all servers are patched at least once in a month.

Falcon Issues Technical support-L2 support.

Attending calls/meetings with Fiserv onsite teams like FTS, PMs, DB team, Architecture team, Falcon onsite functional team & LDAP.

Interaction with FICO Professional Services support based out of Brazil.

Resource must be ok to work to from India in shift between 2 PM to 11 PM IST
