Accounts Executive

We are hiring Accounts Executive for a manufacturing company.

Job Location - Ramanathapuram.

Responsibilities:

Record financial transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.

Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Generate Profit and Loss (P/L) statements and balance sheets.

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely clearance of outstanding items.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for audits and reviews.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.

RequirementsRequirements

2 years of experience in accounting.

Proficient in GST, TDS, and other tax-related processes.

Knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis.

Familiarity with balance sheets, profit and loss statements.

Strong understanding of Excel and accounting software.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
