Job Description:

Reaching out to potential customers over a phone call who may be interested in various programs and services offered.

Developing and managing sales funnels to move potential customers through the sales process, from initial outreach to closing the deal.

Providing potential customers with detailed information about the products offered, including features, benefits, pricing, payment terms and other terms and conditions.

Ensuring that the customers have a positive experience with the institute through ongoing support and services.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the senior management.

Tracking and reporting of various sales Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements / Eligibility

Graduates in any stream of education can apply

Work experience in Career Consulting Domain or Telemarketing or Sales is preferred.

Fluent communication skills in the English language is a must. Being well-versed in Hindi and Tamil will be preferred.
