Responsibilities
Payroll Management: Accurately process payroll in a timely manner. Handle payroll queries, tax filings, and reporting with precision and confidentiality.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.
HR Administration: Support the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and payroll regulations. Stay updated on changes in legislation that may impact HR and payroll processes.
Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records. Utilise HRIS systems for data reporting and analysis.
Problem-Solving: Address complex payroll and HR issues, applying critical thinking and numerical skills to find effective solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within payroll and HR functions.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
