Senior Sales Executive

Company Overview: Our client is a leading supplier of construction/ building materials across the UAE. We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with 6-7 years of experience to join our clients team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Specialization: Sales of high-quality raw wood materials, veneers, and plywood products.

Position: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Overview: The Senior Sales Executive will drive revenue generation, identify new business opportunities, and maintain client relationships within the bathroom, sanitary ware, fixtures, fittings, tiles, and kitchen industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

· Prospect and acquire new clients through networking and lead generation.

· Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into opportunities.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Understand client needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements.

· Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

3. Market Analysis:

· Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.

· Gather client feedback to understand market demands and preferences.

· Provide insights to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

4. Sales Support:

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes.

· Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations as needed.

· Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.

5. Performance Reporting:

· Track sales activities and results using CRM software.

· Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

· Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· 6-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the industry.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.

· Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
