Roofing Project Manager - Entry Level

POSITION SUMMARY

The Roofing Project Manager is responsible for handling the company's time, scope and resources of current projects. This position will report to the Production Manager to ensure that materials and labor are available to complete projects within the allotted timeframe. They will oversee the project from start to finish and ensure that all quality metrics are met and annotated within the CRM system. They will interact directly with roofing technicians and customers on jobsites to troubleshoot and ensure quality installation and repairs for every job. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, establishing effective communication and ensuring completion of project to customer’s satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL Responsibilities

Manage schedule to oversee the management of multiple jobs simultaneously with efficiency.

Ensure that all data is properly annotated the in CRM system.

Troubleshoot project issues and provide corrective action as needed.

Coordinate with roofing technicians to provide scope and timeline.

Prepare status reports to the Production Manager to ensure overall production and project timeline are accurate and updated as necessary.

Coordinate with customer upon completion of project to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

Commercial and residential roofing experience.

Prior experience managing multiple jobs simultaneously across multiple states and locations.

Certification(s) in project management disciplines.

Prior experience using a CRM system

Mandatory Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills

The ability to climb ladders and roof access points to oversee projects

Valid Driver's License

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed primarily in office, vehicles, and outdoor settings, in all weather conditions, including temperature extremes, during day and night shifts. Work is often performed in emergency and stressful situations.

Intermittent travel to include overnight travel as needed based on project location.
