What The Position is About:

Lead and motivate a team of 45+ call center reps and a handful of team leads

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds KPI's

Recruit, hire and train call center personnel

Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the team

Monitor and analyze call center metrics and reports to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement process improvements

Develop and implement call center strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and sales

The Right Candidate Will Have:

5-10 years of call center leadership experience at a $50M+ company

Home improvement industry experience is highly preferred, but open to similar industry experience

Inbound and outbound experience

Dialer experience would be a plus
