Responsibilities
· Accurately input data based on Enrollment Unit processes
· Review and verify Member documents for accuracy and validity
· Communication with internal/external units to ensure Eligibility Department criteria is met
· Generate correspondence to obtain pertinent information from Members
· Provide clerical support to Eligibility Department
· Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by Eligibility Department
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED required, some College or Degree preferred; plus
· Minimum two (2) years clerical experience in general office environment required
· Excellent keyboarding skills required (minimum 6,000 KPH and 6% or less error rate)
· Good alphabetical and numerical filing skills a must
· Knowledge of Eligibility systems preferred (i.e. QNXT, V3)
· Basic Microsoft office skills preferred
· Excellent communication skills both oral and written preferred
· Ability to work quickly and accurately while following through on assignments
· Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks a must
