Your Role:

We're Hiring for a Billing Analyst to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Publish yearly budgets and monthly forecasts.

● Provide monthly management reports on scorecard achievement, budget

utilizations and other financial impacting metrics that will help management

make an informed decision.

● Supervise invoice section to ensure accurate & timely issuance.

● Ensure company spending is within budget and adapt depending on revenue

outcome.

● Provide guidelines that will ensure abidance of internal customers on budgets

& forecasts.

● Ensure compliance on various reports.

Ideal Candidates Have:

● Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance

● Must have at least 1-2 years’ work experience in Finance Operations

(preferably BPO)

● Must have excellent communication skills.

● Knowledgeable on the following applications: Quickbooks Enterprise, Excel

(pivot table), Word and Powerpoint

● Must have very strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

● Must be able to complete tasks with minimum supervision

● Ability to maintain good working relationships with vendors, co- employees

and others

● Must have netsuite experience

● Willing to work onsite

● Willing to work on graveyard shift
